Hi, I’m Kathy
Joining the Real Estate team as a partner to my mom Luanne, I am excited to serve the Waterloo Region alongside her. Between the two of us, we have a wealth of experience and are very involved in the community. I was raised in Cambridge and stayed to live and work in the Waterloo Region and raise my own family.
My Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and various Real Estate Designations has equipped me to become an accomplished professional realtor. After years of experience in property management and leasing and business ownership, as well as personal and professional roots in the Waterloo Region, I am committed to giving every client personable and passionately driven customer care and attention to every detail to make your real estate experience smooth and successful.
My husband and I live an active life with our two children in this community and have become enthusiastic supporters of their extra-curricular activities and our own lifestyle which has deepened our roots and our local relationships.
